What does a live event services talent agency do? We connect you with performers who can bring your event to life with awe-inspiring acts. Our entertainers can provide strolling entertainment or even live shows for your corporate or private party.
We specialize in corporate entertainment, gala specialty acts, grand openings, festival stilt walkers and strolling entertainers, friendly county fair performers, elegant and unique wedding entertainment, and cocktail hour entertainment.
What venues do you perform in? You will find us at small private parties, to large corporate gatherings, or even performing on theater stages. If you have the space, we can make it happen! We have had the honor of performing for McDonald’s, Rawhide Youth Services, Ascension Hospital, Porsche, and more.
How much does an entertainer cost? Our fees are dependent on travel and the type of act. We offer quick quotes by phone or email to give you an upfront cost estimate. Alternatively, share your budget, and we will design a package to suit your vision. Get a quote here.
Can you create custom acts to fit our event? Yes, we can! We can design custom costumes and characters to fit your theme. Our artists and designers work with you to brainstorm mind-blowing entertainment options, from puppetry to stilts to interactive performance. We provide simple costume adjustments, such as matching your wedding color scheme, to more elaborate acts built from scratch. Contact us with your requests to get the ball rolling toward seeing your vision come to life!
What do I need to do? We will arrive an hour in advance and connect with you. We will ask to see your space, confirm performance plans, and then promptly get into costume and makeup. We will need a private space to get ready. The space should have access to water that is safe from extreme weather. We usually ask for a deposit to hold your date. Final payment can be made on the day of the event.
How long do the entertainers perform? General individual performance times are 3 sets of 30 minutes, 2 sets of 45 minutes, or 1 set of 1 hour. Additional time can be added for a fee. If you need entertainment for an extended period, our performers can alternate breaks to provide longer coverage for your event.
